Han is the chief executive officer of ABMG and has over 18 years of experience in the commercial cleaning sector. He has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the industry as well as knowledge of the practical applications of cleaning techniques.
This has helped ABMG to grow to a highly regarded commercial cleaning service company.
Calling on his vast business management and team leadership experience, Han soon found his niche in developing and leading ABMG management team. He offers a valuable insight and disciplined approach to promoting innovation in everything we do, to ensure ABMG operational and support teams are at the forefront of the Australian Facilities Management industry.
Leo Ju
Director / Sales & Contract Manager
Leo joined ABMG in 2016, after 20 years of experience in corporate environments and working in his way to management roles within commercial cleaning industry. He is responsible for managing our contract, liaising with clients, leading and coaching our sales team.
Leo’s unwavering ethics, his accessibility, belief in transparency and accountability are fundamental to us forming long-term relationships with clients. In addition to his commitment to providing a harmonious, safe and secure environment for team members has seen us enjoy low staff turnover.
Shane Doyle
Operations Manager
Shane started with ABMG in 2016 and has a reputation of being able to get industry leading results for clients. He has extensive experience in all facets of commercial cleaning industry and works very closely with the CEO. This enables Shane to ensure that ABMG is achieving the best possible standards and that everything is done safely and effectively.
Michael Lim
Financial Manager
Michael is responsible for the group’s financial reporting and administration functions. Michael is focused on driving business strategy across all these facets of the organisation. Michael is passionate about corporate governance, operational management, culture and the development of high performing teams.
Before entering the cleaning industry Michael was a professional accountant. He assisted clients with corporate strategy, provided advice and helped business to mitigate risks. This role put him in good start to work with ABMG.
